What we collect
When you use the contact form or email us, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number, together with your message.
Why we use it
We use this information to reply to your enquiry and, if you choose to work with us, to take steps towards an agreement. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Where it is kept
Messages sent through the contact form are emailed to us, and a copy is kept in this website’s database so that no enquiry is lost. Our website and email are both provided by LCN, who hold this information on our behalf. Only the people who manage this website can see enquiries.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 12 months and then delete them, unless they lead to a working relationship.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information or share it with anyone else, apart from the hosting and email providers named above.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress, which runs the site, only sets cookies for people who log in to manage it.
