This can include leadership meetings, direct support for managers and employees, complex employee relations, organisational change, recruitment and retention, performance, policies and processes, and managing HR risk. She can operate with a company email address and as a visible part of the business.
Days are agreed each month and can be used flexibly according to business priorities.

At a day rate. The number of days is agreed each month and the days can be used flexibly, according to your business priorities. Please note that this would be flexible hours over the week rather than set days.

Yes. Vicki can operate with a company email address and as a visible part of the business, attending leadership meetings and supporting managers and employees directly.
How is this different from the advisory retainer?
A fractional HR Director spends agreed days in your business each month and takes ownership of the people agenda. The advisory retainer gives you ongoing access to senior HR advice without a regular HR Director day in the business.
