FieldHR offers a discreet service investigating whistle-blowing complaints, grievances against senior members of staff and allegations of poor practise or misconduct.

FieldHR has a selection of skilled, confidential, corporately aware investigators who will work with you to understand the issues in a sensitive manner, and advise you on the steps to take to resolve the situation.

When might you need FieldHR to investigate?

  • The issue is involving a senior executive, and you wish to keep it confidential
  • Your team are not skilled at investigations, and it is a complex matter
  • You require an objective and independent investigator
  • You have insufficient numbers in your HR team to support the investigation, and any possible disciplinary/appeal
  • If it is possible that there are wider, external issues (ie possible criminal). FieldHR works with a range of ex-senior Police Officers who can conduct a legally-sound and police-compliant investigation.
