- Independent support with disciplinary or grievance investigations, including interviews with appropriate people, a full report and guidance as to next steps

- Creation of a complete HR handbook for employees
- Guidance in how to change or update terms and conditions of employment
- Assistance with consultation or negotiation in making changes
Maternity, paternity and flexible working : providing guidance and support with the process
- Ensuring that you comply with the law
- Providing guidance on each stage of the process including return to work discussions
