<em>helping you put the building blocks in place<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Providing all the documents that you require, bespoke for your company<\/li>\n<li>Advising on all aspects of establishing a company including recruitment, equity and LTIPs, organisational structures, inductions and onboarding, and people issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Investigations<\/strong> : <em>getting to the bottom of issues<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Management of all investigations (whistleblowing claims, complaints, grievances etc)<\/li>\n<li>Independent support with disciplinary or grievance investigations, including interviews with appropriate people, a full report and guidance as to next steps<\/li>\n<li>Provide all documentation<\/li>\n<li>Provide independent support with all stages of a disciplinary process<\/li>\n<li>Train managers in how to undertake a thorough investigation, and how the investigation links to the disciplinary \/ grievance policy and process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Absence<\/strong> : <em>effectively managing short and long term absence cases.<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, write and implement an absence and capability policy and process<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on specific absence cases<\/li>\n<li>Review or provide all documentation; return to work forms, letters etc<\/li>\n<li>Manage, or provide assistance in, meetings<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with Occupational Health teams \/ Doctors\/ medical third parties<\/li>\n<li>Train Managers how to manage absence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Performance management<\/strong> : <em>help you get the best out of your people<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop and deliver a means of effectively managing performance within your company<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance on specific performance cases<\/li>\n<li>Provide all documentation including forms<\/li>\n<li>Develop a talent management approach to retain your great people<\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance and all documentation for all disciplinary cases, attending meetings if required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Resourcing :<\/strong> <em>getting the right people in the right roles at the right price<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working with you to develop your recruitment strategy<\/li>\n<li>Writing job and person specifications<\/li>\n<li>Providing competency based interview templates<\/li>\n<li>Training managers in competency based interviewing<\/li>\n<li>Designing and running assessment centres or interview processes to ensure best fit for role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Contracts, HR handbook, policies and employment documents<\/strong> : <em>written clearly, concisely and in line with the law<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, provision or updating of all employment contracts in line with law and best practise<\/li>\n<li>Review, provision or updating of all employment policies and processes in line with law and best practise<\/li>\n<li>Creation of a complete HR handbook for employees<\/li>\n<li>Guidance in how to change or update terms and conditions of employment<\/li>\n<li>Assistance with consultation or negotiation in making changes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Maternity, paternity and flexible working :<\/strong> <em>providing guidance and support with the process<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring that you comply with the law<\/li>\n<li>Providing guidance on each stage of the process including return to work discussions<\/li>\n<li>Guidance in managing pregnant employees<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Human Resources Consultancy HR Director : offering a full HR service If you need a &#8216;bit of me&#8217;
